The chef will arrive with fresh, local ingredients to prepare your bespoke meal whilst you have a chat, sit on your private terrace with drink in hand or go for a leisurely pre-meal swim or walk?
All you need to do is supply your favourite drinks – or order from Hawkshead Brewery and get a selection of great Ales and Fizz delivered to your cottage.
Cumbria-born and raised, Martin Frickel’s career has seen him work in Michelin Star Restaurants such as L’Enclume and, more recently, Forestside in Grasmere.
Currently now a Full Time Freelance Private Chef, Martin champions the best ingredients we have to offer in Cumbria with influences from Scandinavia and Asia. Providing a fine dining restaurant experience for guest at your home / holiday let

These menus are adapted to utilise seasonal produce, and a variety of combinations can be discussed to ensure you have an experience you will remember for years to come.
