I would like to book the above mentioned property for the dates indicated.
I have read and agree to the 'Terms and Booking Conditions' and understand I am entering into a contract with the owner of the reserved property. I undertake to leave the property in a clean and tidy state on my departure and take full responsibility fo any breakages, damages or losses.

Payment Details

At the time of booking a £100 deposit must be paid or if within 6 weeks of the rental date we require the full amount.

We take payment by cheque or Internet banking only. (Account details for Internet banking will be supplied after we have received this booking request).

The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks before the start of the letting period.

We will send you confirmation of your booking once we have recieved either your deposit or full payment. Please make sure we have all your details including the property name and rental date.

Your booking is more than 6 weeks from now so we only require you to pay a £100 deposit. Please arrange your full payment by
