As the name suggests, this cottage, based on the ground floor only has excellent access for less able visitors and is perfect for checking on our feathered garden visitors.

Your sitting room projects into the heart of the garden, and with your own private west facing terrace and conservatory you can spend your evenings watching the setting sun while you BBQ your 'cumberland sausage' provided in one of our many hampers.

A brand new fully fitted kitchen is provided should you wish to cook. However we also have a huge array of local restaurants, at least three of which are Michelin Star establishments. We can help you book these if you wish from our booking pages.

With a brand new bathroom at your disposal, should you arrive back from a long walk in the fells with a little more mud than you bargained for then we recommend you spend some time soaking away those aches and pains.

Your large double bedroom has ample space for storage of luggage etc. with a sumptuous Queen size bed.
