LATEST NEWS!
Earlier this year Renee Zellweger visited the World of Beatrix Potter. She was in the Lake District to film scenes for the new motion picture, Miss Potter, which is due for release in the UK on 5th January 2007.
Starring Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor, Miss Potter tells the fascinating story of Beatrix Potter's life and career as a pioneering children's author and conservationist.
Having enjoyed the film you can now visit The World of Beatrix Potter, meet Peter Rabbit and all his friends and learn even more about Beatrix Potter herself.
Following a major refurbishment the World of Beatrix Potter
has even more to see and do! Now all 23 of Beatrix Potter's
tales are brought to life in three dimensions, so you can meet
Cecily Parsley and the Amiable Guinea-Pig for the first time
and say hello to old friends like Jemima Puddleduck and
Jeremy Fisher in brand new settings.
New highlights include:
Peter Rabbit's garden
Step through the garden gate and enjoy even more of Peter's adventures brought to life in three dimensions.
Jemima's Adventures
Explore Jemima Puddleduck's new
woodland glade and find out if she escapes
the clutches of the "sandy whiskered
gentleman."
Mr. McGregor's Greenhouse

search for your favourite characters amongst
the plant pots and seed trays.
Virtual Walks
