With the help of a small, dedicated team of people, this business and its products are both unique and special. Currently we are producing a wide range of bio-dynamic and organic stoneground flours milled the traditional way using clean, self-renewing waterpower. This website brings you the best of traditional technology from a small Cumbrian village. We can't send you our delicious flours by offering them for downloading, but we can do the next best thing, by giving you a taste of our products which you can order direct from us via our online shop or by mail order.
